Tasty! What I did to make it “healthier” !
- chose an apricot jam free from high fructose corn syrup, i used @bonnemaman_us
- lightly, i mean *oh so lightly* breaded the chicken…as in i dusted the bites with flour
- lightly fried in a healthy fat aka olive oil, rather than deep fry in unhealthy fats
- used low sodium soy sauce
