Do you think it could be thickened by adding another egg or tapioca flour? How/when is this dish typically served? (between courses to cleanse the palate and aid in digestion, served in warmer weather as a refreshing dessert, or otherwise?

I just had a look at the same dish on a video and I think the texture was right ! Thicker than a broth but not thick.
