The ingredients list in Samsung Food calls for 3 oz of butter. The recipe on the website, however, called for 2 oz of butter. I think 2 oz is probably sufficient for a pound of broccoli (next time), but the 3 oz was delicious!
Our family likes broccoli anyway, but I should have made more. A pound of broccoli cooks down a LOT. It didn't look like 4 servings by the time it was cooked.
I'm afraid I didn't follow the recipe well because I didn't have scallions, so I added garlic. And a garlic pepper seasoning blend, rather than salt and pepper. But I'd definitely make it again.
