That's what I was going to say. Add more tomatoes OR add tomato paste and heavy cream.

How can you get something that doesn't exist to thicken? You have to have a sauce of some sort so you can thicken it. Definitely add more tomato sauce, cream, perhaps some stock. See other comments.

Karri, The recipes own instructions say to do xyz to thicken it. I'm not a cooking wiz...I did not think to second guess the amount of tomatoes they said to use. My comment or post (whichever you would like to call it), was made to give an opinion on the recipe. :)
