I'm unsure of how to rate this recipe. This is a LOT of cabbage 😂 the recipe is overall pretty good, except for the fact that I doubled it and still only fit 300g of the 550g cabbage I was meant to mix in there. If I had put any more in, it would have fallen apart in the pan.
Aside from that, yeah they're nice pancakes, not amazing but not bad. They're soft, not crispy. It took a long time to shred the cabbage for it, and I don't really feel the end result was worth the faff. I'm not giving it a bad rating for my culinary speed though.
The best thing about it was the sauce. Its lovely! I made extra and it ended up being used as a dipping sauce for some spring rolls. Would definitely make that again.
