Very good. Next time I'm going to try using half of the suggested broth. Maybe 3/4c. I only used 1/2 cup of whipping cream instead of milk. Used more peppers, no squash. Used 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/8 red pepper flakes and a dash of italian seasoning. Could have used a little more of all the seasonings but it still tasted good the way I had it. I always put the milky products in at the end and I cooked a 1/2 box of protein rotini separately.
