One Pot Smoked Sausage and Veggie Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
Chop your sausage and veggies
Step 2
Add oil to a skillet over medium high heat
Step 3
Once the skillet is hot, add your onion and sausage. Cook until the sausage has some color

Add your chopped veggies and diced tomatoes
Step 5
Season to taste and stir until well combined
Step 6
Add 1/2 of a 1 pound box of bowtie pasta
Step 7
Add milk and chicken broth and stir. Bring this to a simmer and once simmering, turn the heat down to medium low and cover.
Step 8
Let this cook for 12 minutes, stirring half way through
Step 9
Once the pasta is fully cooked, uncover and stir. Slowly stir in cheddar cheese
