I used vegan butter in place of coconut oil. I also added a half teaspoon of cinnamon to the topping mix & a cup of blueberries to the cake batter. It was done baking after about 40 minutes. Hubby loved it! Will definitely make this again.
Second time I made this, I added a tablespoon of rum to the batter & used walnuts instead of pecans. Amazing results! This recipe is a keeper. I look forward to experimenting with different add-ins & flavor variations.
