This was delicious and the chicken breasts were very juicy and tender! I cooked them at 390° for 15 minutes after searing in my cast iron pan. I would add more herbs. I always add more than a recipe calls for; I like the flavor to be bold but balanced. This is a keeper, and a 7 health score isn’t bad!
My hubby bought shredded Mozzarella not realizing I needed the melting cheese version, but I had a queso melting cheese and used it, though it is tough to see it in the picture. I cooked two very large chicken breasts in this recipe for two! Plenty of leftovers when you split them in half for your first meal! Delish!
