O. M. G. Absolutely horrible - "throw it away and order a pizza" horrible! Waaaaaay too salty. I used standard grocery store cajun seasoning. After seeing the ratings in this and seeing the 125% sodium rating I can see why. :-( I might make this again, but make my own cajun seasoning..
