So I changes a few things and made it my own. I used steak instead of chicken (can't eat chicken). I thinly sliced a tender cut of steak into about 2in long pieces cooked them till medium rare. I then used the juices from cooking them and a can of cream of mushrooms soup to make my sauce instead of chicken stock. Since I used the canned soup I left out the flour as it didn't need a thickening agent. I also added some other seasoning because salt and pepper ain't enough... EVER...
