It was a good base recipe for someone just starting to work with honey and soy sauce. I made a few changes, which in my opinion greatly improved the recipe.
(For two large chicken breast.)
Instead of 170g honey, I added 150g. I added ½ tbsp of red pepper flakes to add a bit of spice. I also added more cornstarch (measured with my heart) to thicken it, no water. I added approximately ½ tsp of sesame oil, and green onions to top.
I cooked it in a single pan on the stove and served with egg noodles and asparagus.
Will definitely be making again. ☺️ (My toddler also enjoyed it!)
