⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Next time I make it I will put more potatoes or a bit less kale to even out the ratio, as the mash felt like 90% kale to me. My partner loved it though! He asked me to make a batch of the mash to freeze.
The mushrooms were fine and matched well with the potatoes. The mushrooms didn’t produce any ‘sauce’ for me though :(
