Amazing dish with tons of flavor. I cut up the pork chops into bite size pieces at the end and let them soak in the baking dish in the sauce for about 10 minutes before serving. I also added paprika (to sauce) for color and 1 TBSP of cornstarch to sauce to help thicken the sauce as it simmered. Sauce was great on the chops but also goes AMAZING with mashed potatoes.
