Update: Updated version (Adam Liaw's version) worked very well. Just slightly increased soy and sugar to balance out rice wine. Very delicious! Old... Tried TifffyCooks recipe and found it was wasteful with the amount of sauce. Recipe now reflects Adam Liaw's version which has less sauce. Will compare after trying this version

Updated recipe works well (Adam Liaw's version). Only amendment was to increase light soy sauce and sugar by 0.5 tbsp each to balance out rice wine. Really delicious!
