Instructions
Step 1
Heat wok over high heat and add in vegetable oil
Step 2
Add ginger and garlic and fry for 2 minutes or until starting to brown
Step 3
Add chicken and fry until lightly brown
Step 4
Add the rice wine, soy sauce and sugar and bring to simmer. Simmer for about 5 mins, until chicken is cooked through and sauce has reduced
Step 5
Stir through chilli and basil leaves and cook for an additional 1 minute, then serve
