SO good!!!!!!!!! I did have to do a couple of things to crisp them up though. At the 20/25 minute mark, broil for a couple minutes. Always watch carefully when broiling, things can burn quick! Then, you need to flip them over and cook the other side for a little while. I did this by placing a second piece of parchment paper overtop - then flip and place them back on the pan. Then I cooked 5/10 minutes more, then broil a couple minutes again at the end. Be really careful when you broil because if the cheese burns, it can taste bitter. I grated my own parmesan. And make sure you use parchment paper and not wax paper. They are different.
