Easy and incredibly delicious. My wife isn’t a big fan of mint, so I made the yogurt with cilantro and omitted it as garnish. My blender was having some trouble because my yogurt was too thick (I used 0% Fage) so I had to add a little half and half to make it blendable and I was worried about it being thin but after sitting in the fridge a while it became the perfect thickness. I’ve made this with beef and lamb and it was great both ways. Add peas, potatoes, carrots. Honestly it’s hard to make it taste bad as long as you don’t put anything too crazy in there.
