It was kinda bland but tasted better with a lot of Dutch kip (chicken) seasoning and extra salt and pepper. I used two small bags of unpeeled baby red potatoes, green lentils, an 8oz bag of frozen peas, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 3 tsp onion powder instead of fresh garlic and onion, and 3 cubes vegetable bouillon and 6 cups water for the broth. I can't tell if the Tbsp of coconut sugar added anything to the flavor or not. The texture of the soup is good, like a thick, hearty stew. It made 7 bowls of soup.
