I make this often. You may want to adjust the dressing a bit. I mix it in a separate bowl, adjusting to taste, and starting with about half of the Korean pepper powder (gochugaru). I also add some freshly grated ginger.. We love it as a side dish to any asian meal. I always bring it to the pot luck parties with our martial arts cohorts. It's better when made the day before, as the dressing has a chance to permeate the veg.
