These were so fluffy, caramely, and delicious ! Everyone loved them. I did not coat the pan with the butter sugar mixture, just greased it, as it felt like an extra unnecessary step. I would definitely make the rolls a day ahead as the dough is very soft when warm which can make the cinnamon mixture leak out
