Very nice. However, I would have preferred a bit more kick to the sauce. I think next time, I will add the black pepper before adding the wine and mussels instead of at the end of cooking to give the pepper more time to infuse into the sauce. I might even consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes. Will definitely try again.
