So, my first attempt was not massively successful, at least in terms of how it looked.
I'd never cooked with brussel sprouts before, so I was a little hesitant about how some of them looked, so I ended up only using about half of the brussel sprouts called for by the recipe. (After I'd already mixed ALL the glaze ingredients. So, there was way too much glaze for the brussel sprouts I used. And instead of pivoting on the fly, I just used all the glaze, leading to the pictured mess above.)
All of that said, I thought it was particularly tasty, though I'm a sucker for balsamic vinegar (just about anything). I haven't yet purchased more brussel sprouts, but I definitely want to make these again.
