Really good! I use low sodium soy sauce, but ended up having to salt it up a little bit. My recommendation is if you don't have any kind of heart issues that prevent you from having too much sodium, just use regular soy sauce lol...
Also, my wife who is relatively spice and tolerant said the half a teaspoon of red pepper flake was a tiny bit spicy, do with that as you will... Me personally, I thought the spice was a great addition
