So easy, creamy comfort food. I did tweak it a bit. As others have said, I needed more broth to cook the penne in, I used 2 cups. I didn't have regular cream cheese but had onion and chives cream cheese spread, and I used heavy cream, I also doubled the basil, spinach, and dried tomatoes. My family really liked it, and I'm thinking of other things to substitute or add, like shrimp or mushrooms. Mmmm, good!
