This is a recipe from Turkuaz kitchen. I need to practice to make it better and fine tune my process, but it was a really nice meal. One mistake I made was to chop the onion that goes into the meatballs into small pieces, but not small enough. I'd mince it next time. I also forgot to add garlic, but it still tasted very nice.
