Oh now THAT is not what I was expecting from oil-free vegan brownies. You would never know that these aren't loaded with butter and eggs and that they don't even have any actual chocolate in them!! Not just tasty-for-being-"healthier", these are Tasty. Ridiculously soft, moist (sorry), moreish... wow.
The only change I made was replacing half of the oat flour with plain flour, making them non gluten-free. I was concerned about them falling apart, but having seen the finished brownie I don't think I needed to be worried. Would definitely these again properly if I had anyone gluten-free to feed.
I baked this in a glass dish which I would normally never do (ran out of metal tins), but it actually worked beautifully.
