One of my favorite recipes that I make continuously😍 It's super healthy, light and filling at the same time and it's easy to pair with anything, our go to is a quiche. Goes well in any season. Also such an easy and fun way to get many different veggies. We always have leftovers! It's a long recipe but worth it and you can freeze it😊 Also you can make the pasta version!
(Instead of using canned tomatoes and making the bechamel sauce we just pop the red veggies in the oven and then make the red/tomato sauce by blending everything)
