Tip 1: take eggs out of fridge ~2 hours prior to baking to get them to room temperature (and not make your butter mix become cold & hard once added to mix). Take out butter also to soften.
Tip 2: mash bananas in a measuring cup, mash one banana at a time until there is 1 1/2 cups. For me this was 3 bananas, not 4.
Tip 3: follow the step by step instructions! This is not "mix dry ingredients with wet" type recipe.
