Made in a 8inch non-stick pan and used 1/4cup (60ml) as a laddle to pour the crepe mix into the pan. I put a bit of ghee in the pan before pouring the batter so it will cook nicely and not too dry. You could use oil or butter too. My crepes tasted a bit eggy since I used an extra-large egg (I made the recipe for 1 egg) but overall very nice and easy to follow recipe!
