This has been a staple of my meal prep since the video came out years back. I add those cheap flash frozen veg packs to it and double the canned tomatos and spices, with extra chicken if I have it. Turns it into the most incredible and even healthier dish. Next time I make it will have to take a photo. HIGHLY reccomend this, just play around with the spice profile, I like to do a bit of seasoning in the chicken about 30 minutes before just to enhance flavor :)
