These were great! I used 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. I added more cinnamon than called for and also some grated nutmeg. I did 3 tbs maple syrup and 1/4 cup of almond milk. Left the nuts out and just added some chopped pecans on top. Also, I did not add the oats and I instead added 2 tablespoons of ground flax, and 2 tablespoons of hemp seed. Would definitely do oats though too. Moist and flavor ful(but I could probably add more cinnamon next time). Will make again.
