I did a bad job roasting I think. I didnt add oil now that Im recalling to the moment *facepalm*. Anyhow I added garlic powder to the seasoning, made an amazing hollandaise sauce for the asparagus and marinated chicken from the night before and had that fried. Asparagus turned out dry and leather-y on the outside (bcz it was lacking oil) but the inside was sometimes even dripping, flavour was amazing: parmesan and lemon was a good choice.
