Delicious but as always, I edited it. I added cherry tomatoes as a vegetable too. I had my salmon pan fried, just before it got on, I would season it with garlic powder, onion powder (I didnt have), chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Rub those spices with some oil. I added vinegar to my rice, and some oil (u can use the one thats left from the pan) but make sure to cook the rice after the salmon in that scenario. I dont see asian food like that with lemon or lime often but it is what gets paired with fish in europe so I added lime juice at the end of the salmon cooking. Personally dont like leftovers but whenever I make rice, I make more so I have THAT as a leftover and make fried rice next day(s). The dish is so easy I dont think u should make it for leftovers, just cook it again.
