Easy and tasty! I used a 24oz (680g) bag of petite gold potatoes, 2 8oz bags of my diced homemade seitan ham (about one whole log of seitan ham's worth) and 3 14.5oz (411g) cans of salted green beans, with the liquid. I shook on some of my homemade Mrs. Dash seasoning. I didn't need to add additional seasoning. It made 4 meals worth.
