24oz potatoes = 1.5lb = 500g = 1/2 a kilogram 3 cans 14.5oz green beans = 2 jars 600g 16oz seitan ham cubes = 2 cups = 1 batch seitan ham log (made with ~1 cup vital wheat gluten)

Step 1
Wash 1.5 lb bag baby potatoes and put in big soup pot. Add the cans of salted green beans with their can liquid to the pot. Add 3 cans. Add 16oz of diced ham or vegan seitan ham. Do not stir. Sprinkle in some Mrs. Dash original seasoning - I use my homemade version. Put a lid on the pot, and bring liquid to a boil. When boiling, turn heat to medium to keep it simmering. Food is done when potatoes are soft and green beans and ham are warm. It takes about 30 min.
