Tasty with a few modifications! I only needed 3 Tbsp worth for a recipe so I halved this one and used 1/8 cup soy sauce, 3/4 tsp sunflower seed butter, 3/4 tsp agave syrup, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/16 tsp garlic powder, 1/16 tsp ground pepper, and 1/2 tsp white miso paste. I think the original recipe makes about a heaping 1/3 of a cup of hoisin sauce.
