Why would you think that people looking at this recipe were looking for keto recipes? To downgrade a recipe for not being something it doesn't claim to be doesn't make sense. Recipes should be reviewed by people who think they are appropriate for them.

That's the fault of the person who posted it there, not the recipe. You can report any recipe as inappropriate for a particular community, but many, if not most recipes are posted to multiple communities, and some make your comment inappropriate.
