Substituted broccoli for zucchini. Probably should have gone in with the tomatoes as it was a bit overcooked. Didn't add cooking water. Added dried oregano. Baked with cheddar instead of parmesan.

Added mushrooms and pinenuts to the oven tray. Also added garlic earlier so it was softer and could be smushed. Added spoonfuls of cottage cheese before sprinkling with cheddar and baking.
