I do this a little differently, but the patties are the same. I make the patties the same, and fry them up, but I just make the gravy with only the packet, with some added mushrooms cooked in the meat juices and add the patties back into the pan with the mushrooms and gravy. My fiancé doesn't really like brown gravy, but he really likes this recipe.
