Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl combine the beef, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and seasoning.
Step 2
Form into 4 even patties.
Step 3
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat add in the patties. Cook for 6 minutes per side or until they are cooked all the way through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
To the same pan add in the butter and melt. Whisk in flour and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Gradually add in the beef broth. Once simmering, whisk in the gravy packet.
Step 6
Cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Add back in your patties, cover with the gravy, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
