So good! I definitely recommend adding a dash of chilli powder for a smoky flavor and more depth. It also does not need that much oil. I only used 2 tbsp. I subbed maple syrup because it is my preferred sweetener, and added a little Dijon mustard for extra tang. Finally, if you plan on storing it in the fridge for a couple days I would wait to add the avocado until serving. I eat it straight out of a bowl with a spoon with a little tortilla chips on top.
