OK this picture doesn't do it justice. It was so bright and fresh and beautiful and it tasted phenomenal! I added a few things!
1. Throw 2 or 3 more garlic cloves in there
2. Add roughly 1/2 cup of cottage cheese to increase protien values AND make sauce more rich and creamy
3. Go for more parmesan! I did about a half cup of fresh shredded and it was out of this world.
4. We made will about a pound of chicken cut into bite sized pieces. I through them into the onion pan and they were done by the time the pasta was finished cooking.
This will be in our biweekly rotation.
