I wish I could get this crispier, but it's delicious nonetheless. I used the Instant Pot with the Air Fryer lid the first time and there really wasn't enough room, so I had to do two batches and that wasn't fun. Baked it the second time and it didn't crisp up at all. However, even a little wet, this has become a family favorite!
