Everyone in my family loved this, even my kids who never agree on a meal! I added a bit of dill to the stuffing and a bit of shredded Italian cheese on top of the stuffing layer. The meatloaf was moist and delicious. It's a keeper! Oh, and I didn't use the glaze. Didn't seem to go with the rest of the ingredients to me.
