I messed up mixing and couldn't quite figure out how things to spread it but they still came out lovely. First time trying to make crepes and they were the perfect texture.
Didn't need anything on the pan before, the later ones did turn out better and how I wanted them but that might just be because the pan was better heated and I understood what I wanted better.
