Texture was wonderful, stayed moist the whole 4 days. Lacking in taste though, if I were to make it again I'd add more cinnamon and maybe a little extra sugar.
The icing is too much for the cake, way too strong. I realize that maybe it's supposed to balance out the cake itself being low flavor but it just doesn't work. It's either a bite with too much because there's icing on it, or a lackluster one.
Also, easy peasy to make.
