1 ¼ cupsbrown sugar
1 cupvegetable oil
3eggs
1 ½ cupall-purpose flour
2 ½ tspbaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
2 tspcinnamon powder
¼ tspsalt
2 cupscarrots
grated
½ cupwalnuts
chopped

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F

Step 2
Beat oil and brown sugar well. Add in 3 eggs and beat
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
Step 4
Add dry ingredient to the wet ingredients in to 2-3 intervals and mix till incorporated
Step 5
Mix in the carrots and walnuts, Pour into two greased and lined 8/9 inch cake pans
Step 6
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes before moving to rack.
Step 7
Beat together the butter, icing sugar and lemon juice until creamy. Add in the lemon zest and cream cheese and beat it together until pretty 😍
