It stayed watery and never thickened. I followed the recipe exactly. The taste was good but the brocolli and carrot turned brown and were overcooked so it was just sloppy. I would recommend putting the brocolli and carrots into the wok 2 min before you stop cooking so it retains its nice colour and a bit of crunch, and maybe make it in a flat pan instead of a wok. Won't be making this again.
