Very good. I put a layer of shredded fresh parmesan with a quick spray of avocado oil. Sprinkle with Sumac, and salt. I placed very thin pats of butter spaced out. Then add onion layer. Place close together. Spray with avo oil, sprinkle seasonings again. And a layer of shredded parm.
Cook until looking crispy and golden. Flip (use a thin cutting board and another piece of parchment) and bake until the other side looks o and golden.
